About

Music is the difference between a scene people watch and a scene they feel.

It has the power to tell stories beyond words.

Kaspar Noé is a cinematic composer and audio engineer in Amsterdam, classically trained on violin, rewired by electronic music, and fluent in both worlds. That range is the sound: orchestral weight, carried by modern production.

He writes, produces, and finishes every score himself, one vision carried from the first note to the final master. It’s why Jacquemus, NIO, and TARO ISHIDA trusted him with theirs, and why AI Filmfest Monaco put him on stage.

“Wherever the music comes from, if there is no meaning behind it, it’s just noise.”

Tailored music can make a campaign up to 138% more effective and lift brand recognition by 76%, the right sound doesn’t just support a story, it sells it.

“A lot of advertising music is wallpaper, it sits behind the product and does nothing. What Kaspar wrote did the opposite. It carried the emotion of the campaign. Angelic, cinematic, but never overpowering. It made the brand feel like it belonged in a bigger story.”

Questions

What kind of projects do you take on?

Custom scores for film and media, trailer music, sonic branding for brands, and mixing & mastering - from a single cue to a full campaign or a 15-minute exhibition score.

How does a project start?

Send a short note about your story, timeline, and references through the contact form. I read every message myself and usually reply within a day. Every score starts as a piano sketch so we lock emotional direction before full orchestration - no wasted rounds.

How long does a custom score take?

It depends on scope: a single brand cue can be ready in one to three weeks; full films and campaigns take longer. Deadlines are respected religiously - share yours and you’ll get an honest answer about what’s possible.

What does it cost?

Every project is scoped individually on length, orchestration, and usage rights - a 30-second cue and a full campaign score are different worlds. Share your budget and brief, and you’ll get a clear, honest proposal.

Who owns the music?

You get the rights you need. For brand work, exclusive usage rights are standard; licensing terms are agreed clearly up front so there are never surprises.

Do you work with clients outside the Netherlands?

Yes - based in Amsterdam, working worldwide. Current and past clients span Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and the entire process works remotely: briefings, sketch reviews, and final delivery.

How we work

01

Brief

Send your story, timeline, and references. You’ll usually hear back within a day, with an honest read on scope and budget.

02

Piano sketch

Every score starts at the piano, so we lock the emotional direction before a single orchestral part is written. No wasted rounds.

03

Score & produce

Full hybrid orchestration built to your frames, recorded and shaped until every hit lands where the story needs it.

04

Mix, master & deliver

Release-ready masters in every format you need, with usage rights agreed clearly up front. No surprises.

Most projects run fully remote, from first briefing to final delivery. You are involved at every milestone, and nothing moves to the next stage until the direction feels right.
